Party Like it’s 1929 – Feb 13th

• I took that title from @JBoorman so want to give credit where it’s due. He also got the tweet of the day today (different one – see below).

• This has been an AMAZING few days for the bulls. I would name off a ton of stocks that have exploded to the upside (many that I posted over the weekend or have called out in real-time on twitter), but there are too many and I don’t feel like it right now. Hopefully you picked some up.
• This market is on fire and whether we go straight to new highs or back and fill I don’t think matters that much to many stocks. As I stated over the weekend, the QQQ‘s are HOT. Keep playing them. Biotechs (IBB) as well even though crazy overbought.
• Ok maybe I will just name a few stocks cause they have been so great. PCLN I am no longer bitter about because I got in for the second ride up. GOOG is riding on its coattail. Something is brewin’ in FB. NFLX is making new highs and House of Cards comes out tomorrow. TSLA is a beast. Although I mentioned on Friday that TWTR would be chased again, I missed the move. I did buy a little today after the end of the day sell-off. I wouldn’t be surprised if that trapped some bears in and we rip higher tomorrow. Even AAPL is ripping higher (which I gave you the nod about over the weekend – see here) AOL is still garbage thanks to that garbage CEO and yet I’m not bitter right now.
• I will be watching CMG, P, and GRPN tomorrow to see if they can put in big moves. Of course, I will be watching all the regulars as well, but those may not be on your radar.
• The solars look like they are about to start moving big. I think they are going to have a fantastic year so don’t miss the ride. There are plenty of names to choose from (SCTY, FSLR, TSL, JASO, SPWR, CSIQ etc.) or you can just play the ETF, TAN.
• Chart of the day: Remember when those WiseGuys bought a ton of April 90 QQQ calls? Well if you don’t, let me show you…
